As an Architect you are probably very familiar with designing for an aging population and the built environment, Seniors Housing, Health Care, Accessibility and much more. However, have you taken time to consider how an aging profession of architects and an aging construction work force can affect a firm, a construction project or contract administration? This presentation will touch upon some of trends arising from an aging industry and propose some best practises from human resources to Contract Administration technology.
