Designed by Montreal architect Edward Maxwell and built in 1900, the McAdam Station (a former Canadian Pacific Railway Station) is a national and provincial historic site and designated as a heritage railway station.
Delegates will leave the hotel by motorcoach and be provided with a guided and comprehensive tour of the Châteauesque style station and enjoy lunch (including the famous Railway Pie) in one of the station’s historical eating spaces.  During lunch, a presentation of the Maxwell Houses of St. Andrews will be given.
Delegates are sure to enjoy this historic educational opportunity by viewing the work of one of Canada’s premiere architects and visiting this piece of New Brunswick railroad history when riding the rail was the only way to travel!
